Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken


  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained

For tacos

  • tortillas of your choice
  • greens
  • avocado sliced
  • radishes thinly sliced


  • Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Cover with salsa.
  • Add black beans and stir until combined.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Once done, the chicken should shred easily with a fork.
  • Shred the chicken and serve with your favorite taco ingredients.
