Lemon and Herb Whipped Feta


  • 6 ounces feta in brine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • juice and zest of one lemon
  • pinch of salt and black pepper


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender.
  • Process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  • Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and top with chopped fresh herbs.
