No Bake Energy Bites


  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt


  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. This will help the mixture stick together.
  • Using your hands, roll about 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball and repeat until the mixture is used up (will make ~20-25 bites)
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container. These also freeze well!
